Wow – what a night!
Last week we celebrated our busiest Carthy Club yet, with over 70 business owners and guests attending.
Despite rain threatening to “stop play” earlier in the day, the sun came out and the barbecue went on – meaning that our guest could enjoy some al fresco networking with a cold beer or glass of sangria (well, it is summer!) and a burger in our car park marquee.
It was a fantastic event which would not be possible if it weren’t supported by the brilliant business owners of Stafford. Special mention must go to the following who were at Wednesday’s bash, but also at the very first Carthy Club 18 months ago, and who have gone on to be great friends of the company:
Jonny Howorth, Howorth Financial Planning
Ken Birch, Risk Assessment Solutions
Laurence Tunnicliffe, Panda Press (Stone)
Paul Taft, Martin & Co
Paul Walters, Stafford Industrial Supplies
Steve Cranston – Lilac Films
Steve at the team from Lilac Films were also on-hand filming the event – so stay tuned on our social media channels for the video – and when we did get a few quieter moments we were able to grab the following sunny snapshots:
Carthy Club is an informal networking event open to all sectors.
We understand that sometimes it’s not possible to commit to B2B networking groups; we also know the value in networking as a tool to grow your business.
Because of this Carthy Club was born as a free, flexible alternative.
Whether you’re an experienced marketing master or new to networking, you’re sure to meet vital connections as a result of attending.
If you’re interested in trying Carthy Club for yourself then email Catherine at [email protected]accountants.co.uk to get more information and to be added to the guest list.
