Our initial consultation process is tried-and-tested to ensure that you get the very best from us, and that we’re confident that we’re the right firm for you. When you make your first enquiry we’ll try and skills-match you to a member of the team who is most suited to your industry or circumstances. It’s your opportunity to teach us about your business, and we’ll be looking to find out about how you have done things in the past, and more importantly where you want to go in the future and how we can help you get there.
Following your meeting you’ll be introduced to our experienced Administration Manager who’ll oversee your transition and get you on board as quickly and effortlessly as possible, and arrange for training or necessary follow-up actions to be completed.
Then your dedicated Client Manager will take the reins, and it will be all systems go! We’ll keep in touch through regular updates, seminars, training and networking opportunities – and of course on-hand to answer any questions that you may have.
