Our payroll services are designed to take the time consuming task of running weekly or monthly payroll off your desk. You provide us with the hours worked or salary, and we do all the number crunching and filing and then inform of what needs to be paid to your staff and HMRC.


Our payroll system is built with full integration to Xero, FreeAgent and QuickBooks Online meaning you won't have to input the weekly or monthly payroll figures into your bookkeeping system as we can do it at the click of a button.

    • We will ensure you never miss a deadline

  • How will I be kept updated?
    • We will keep you regulalry up to date with payroll reports at the point they are run
    • We will supply relevant reports on a monthly or quarterly basis (where applicable) so you are always aware of how much you owe to HMRC
  • How simple is the payroll handover?

    All we will need is:

    • Full employee details
    • Pay rates
    • Year to date totals (if handing over part way through a tax year)
    • HMRC references

  • What about Pensions Auto Enrolment?
    • We can set this up for you to reduce your administrative time burden
  • What about the security of the documents you send?
    • Any confidential documents such as payslips or pay summaries are password protected and each receiver of the documents will have their own unique password
  • What about payslips, how does that work?
    • We will email payslips either to the employer to distribute to the employees, or directly to the employees
  • Can you make the payments to my staff?
    • Yes we can, we would just need delegate access to your bank account
