The staff here are so down to earth, friendly and approachable. I've seen Lucy on two occasions, the first to answer my queries on whether it'd be advisable to top up my National Insurance Contributions prior to getting my State Pension, which enabled me to make an informed decision, and more recently,with checking on my Income Tax code and deductions.
She cut through the Inland Revenue's gobbledegook, on my letter from them, and deciphered whether the information was correct or not. I was not charged a fee as it was an initial consultation, and was more than happy with the service here. They even offer you a drink! Would highly recommend this company.
